My tools and methodology when conducting group coaching and training is flexible and client-centered. It’s very important for me to meet the needs of all participants. I make sure that all members have understanding of each other’s needs, strengths and resources and information that will benefit the group. By surppoting the group to come up with specific goals at the beginning of the coaching session, in oroder to achieve focus and clarity in the session on the way forward with the group to achieve successs I help:
To build confidence: By utilizing role-playing create a safe environment to practice different scenarios that they may face in the real. This practice builds confidence in things that will help group in their day-to-day roles.
To develop listening skills: Role-playing requires listening skills. The people in the role-play have to not only pay attention to the words being used but, when in person, also the nonverbal communication that provides valuable information, communication skills in a safe place where team can get feedback with minimal resistance.
Space to creative problem-solving: Creativity in solving challenges in life often comes from exposure and having past experience, role-playing will give your members an opportunity to develop some experience in handling difficult situations and in turn develop their creative problem-solving skills.

Perform better and develop individual and group action plans and ensure accountability that will maximised pormance out in the group, like establishing the most important thing to do next in the group to move forward? And what might get in the way to stop the group from moving foward? and who could support the group to succeed the coach and clients relationship? The group transitions into developing action plans and strategies, helping group to share individual goals with the group to ensure clarity, transparency, commitment and accountability for all group members.
Thereby helping group members to question their assumptions, try new things, and receive feedback. This process allows them to come up with creative ideas. (This type of learning is called double loop learning in psychology.) Problems and challenges that clients face cannot be solved with the same level of thinking that created them. When participants can develop confidence in themselves and view challenges as opportunities to grow and develop, it transforms their ability to succeed in any aspect of their life. This comes from the willingness to fail, be vulnerable, and embrace uncertainty in life.
